NATURE´S PORTRAITS OF PAIPA
Paipa's flora is a reflection of its natural diversity, with landscapes adorned by frailejones, pines and eucalyptus trees that characterise its mountains and moors. In rural areas, species such as corn, potatoes and onions are grown, essential to the local economy. The green pastures support livestock farming, while wild flowers such as chilco and cucharo add colour to the roads. This plant wealth not only beautifies the region, but also sustains its biodiversity and strengthens the link between the environment and the communities that inhabit it.
